A bit dated venue, nonetheless there were perfect staff and location. I loved the room with a balcony, the bed was very comfy. Plenty of food for breakfast including cereal and toast. The hotel of choice in Kelowna.

I was met by amicable and accommodating staff at the reception. The breakfast was reasonable for the price paid, offered toast and yoghourt. The hotel was newly remodelled and in a very central location near downtown Kelowna and shopping mall and couple of restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Kelowna district.

Had very good staff and location. I slept so comfy in the quiet bed. Toast and yoghourt for breakfast were the BOMB. It had good swimming pool too. Enjoyed comfortable stay, I would stay here again.

I loved it, good place. The gardens were beautiful and my room was pet-friendly and immaculate. That was cute little hotel set in busy area. Great pool too. Food was CHEAP and I have nothing but just perfect memories from this trip.
